The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) is seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Cook for Prunus Lodge in the Central West Region, NSW. You will provide high-quality cooking and kitchen services to residents, with weekend availability.
The role requires planning, preparation and cooking fresh meals, experience in table service and rapid-paced kitchen environments, and compliance with Food Safety Standards to HACCP level. Aged Care experience is desirable; a team player with flexible shifts.
