We're looking for an
experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant
ready to make the most of it. You'll sell one of the most trusted and sought-after brands in the country, from a premium Mornington Peninsula location, backed by a group that invests in its people and rewards results.
This is a hands-on sales role for a proven performer — not a entry-level position, so if you know how to close, build loyal guests and hit your numbers,

Qualifications / Experience
Minimum 3+ years' proven automotive sales experience (essential)
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Full, current and valid driver's licence (essential)
Exceptional communication skills
The ability to build genuine relationships with guests that convert to sales
Ambition, drive and a highly motivated approach
The initiative to self-manage your performance
A genuine team player who lifts those around them
