Position Overview
As part of our Front of House team, you'll be the face of our restaurant — welcoming guests, recommending menu items, managing reservations, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. Your professionalism, communication skills, and teamwork will help maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Provide menu recommendations and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining quality presentation.
Manage reservations and handle customer inquiries (in-person, phone, and online).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.




Handle payments and deliver receipts accurately.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional service.
Attention to detail, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
