As a Corporate Store Manager, you'll build a strong team, create a outstanding customer experience and drive store performance every day. What you'll be doing:
Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
Take ownership of day-to day store operations with supported decisionmaking
Lead,coachand develop your store team
Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
Oversee store operations,stockand financial results
Maintain store presentation,cleanlinessand food safety standards
Create a safe,positiveand high-performing team culture
What we're looking for:
Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for developing people,cultureand driving results
Ability to balance customer experience, teamleadershipand commercial performance.
Resilience,proactivenessand a customer-first mindset
Multitasking abilities without losing focus
