General Motors is seeking a Die Maker Journeyman to support our Automotive Manufacturing & Production operations. In this role, you will build, repair and maintain complex stamping dies, ensuring precision, safety and uptime for high-volume production of vehicles and components. You'll interpret blueprints and CAD data, perform machining, grinding and fitting, and troubleshoot die performance on the press. Working in GM's safety-focused, inclusive and innovative culture, you'll collaborate with engineering and production teams, support recent launches and continuous improvement, and help shape the future of mobility.
