Proficiency in design and analysis software e.g. DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSSE, PS-CAD, ETAP, and CDEGS Proven ability to grasp business dynamics, making informed decisions to drive growth and success by integrating market insights.
Ability to communicate clearly and adapt interpersonal style to connect with diverse stakeholders, fostering open dialogue and collaboration.
Demonstratable ability to convey ideas precisely through writing, tailoring messages to resonate with various audiences and convey complex concepts effectively.
Ability to make well-considered decisions, combining data-driven insights with empathy and ethics to address challenges effectively.
