Key Responsibilities Lead a systems implementation, designing configuration, data structure, and workflows across CRM, ERP, and accounts Build reliable foundations for day-to-day operations, ensuring teams can run confidently Own system integration and operational reporting, bringing clarity to sales, purchasing, product movement, and financial visibility Translate operational needs into processes Collaborate with product design stakeholders so the system reflects how architectural and interior products are actually sold, specified, and delivered Skills Experience Essential: strong NetSuite experience, including end-to-end implementation and deep configuration ability (CRM/ERP/accounts).
Proven operational ownership someone who can define requirements,
