About The Role Manage and oversee a reduced caseload, working primarily with children aged 0–18 with conditions such as sensory processing disorders, ADHD, and ASD.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a dynamic team of junior therapists.
Collaborate with private clients and NDIS participants to deliver tailored therapy plans.
Balance clinical responsibilities with leadership duties in a flexible work environment.
Conduct therapy sessions in both mobile and clinic settings, using state-of-the-art tools and resources.
Skills Experience Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current AHPRA registration Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, including mentoring or team leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
