Location: Port Pirie, SA About the role: As Warehouse Distribution Leader , you'll coordinate terminal, warehouse and people-related activities onsite to ensure operational requirements, customer needs and safety standards are met.
Coordinate terminal resources, staff and subcontractor activities to meet operational and customer requirements Manage processes, systems and procedures to support safe and efficient operations Support people-related activities including performance, coaching and continuous improvement Build effective working relationships with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders Ensure dangerous goods, environmental and WHS requirements are managed in line with regulations Coordinate maintenance checks and follow-up actions for terminal plant and equipment About You: We're looking for an organised and practical leader with logistics experience, strong customer focus and the ability to coordinate work across a busy terminal environment.
Minimum 5 years' experience working in a logistics environment Previous experience in large-scale logistics or a heavy industrial organisation Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate operations in a team environment Knowledge of statutory requirements, policies and operational standards Strong customer service, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence,
