Join a lively, multi-disciplinary consultancy on the Gold Coast.
We're looking for a structural engineer with around 3–4 years of experience who can contribute to a range of projects while learning from a Senior Structural Engineer.
This is a practical, hands-on role in a supportive environment with room to grow and take more ownership over time.
What you'll do Assist the structural team on design, analysis, drawings, and documentation across a diverse project mix.
Coordinate with other disciplines and internal teams to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions.
Support senior engineers in feasibility studies, concept design, detailed design, and construction documentation.
Contribute to project delivery with accurate calculations, models, and drawings, while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed to resolve technical issues and maintain progress.
Learn from senior staff and contribute to ongoing process improvements and best practices.
What we're looking for 3–4 years of structural engineering experience.




Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (qualified registration or active progression toward registration is preferred).
Proficiency with structural analysis/design software.
Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards; practical understanding of construction methods.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
A collaborative mindset, ability to work with a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to grow under supervision.
