WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are an admitted lawyer in NSW (or eligible to be)+have minimum 3+ years PAE in family law (no maximum limit); Have proven ability to autonomously manage your own family law files from start to finish; Have robust technical knowledge of family law legislation +court practice/procedures in the Family/Children's/Federal Circuit courts; Have strong drafting/negotiation/client-management skills; are willing/able to relocate to a famous Northern NSW coastal city (if currently not residing in/close to Coffs Harbour)+ hungry to MAKE YOUR MARK and advance your career long-term with an impressive firm + improve your life quality (free from the stresses+pollution+congestion+high costs of the city) too.
