This position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm As part of GCMC you will be joining a supportive healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality patient care to the local community.
About the Role You will work closely with our GPs and clinical team across a variety of general practice nursing duties, including:



Chronic disease management Health assessments and care plans Triage and clinical support Immunisations and wound care Assisting with procedures Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Supporting a positive patient experience About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 2+ yrs Previous general practice experience Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team A warm, skilled and patient-focused approach What We Offer Monday to Friday roster Supportive team environment Stable full-time employment Meaningful work within a community-focused practice
