What will you be doing?
Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers and Brokers
Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and client servicing activities
Prepare documentation, reports and insurance correspondence
Liaise with insurers, underwriters and clients regarding policy matters
Maintain accurate client records and policy information
Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service outcomes
What do you need?
Previous experience within insurance broking, underwriting or a related insurance role
Understanding of general insurance products and processes
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Motivation to learn, develop and build a long-term career in insurance
