This is not a BAU FP A position.
u u are delighted to be exclusively partnering with this organisation to assist through a period of significant transformation in its finance function and has created a new Group FP A Manager role to establish and lead an enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis capability.
Reporting directly to the ELT; you'll own the planning, forecasting and management reporting agenda across a complex, multi-entity organisation while partnering closely with Executive Leadership to influence strategic decision-making.

As the senior FP A leader, you'll drive financial planning excellence across the business by: Leading the annual budgeting process across multiple business units; Owning quarterly forecasting and delivering insightful analysis to Executive Leadership; Producing Board-quality management reporting and commercial insights; Developing sophisticated financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions; Driving reporting automation and Power BI capability; Improving FP A processes, governance and reporting frameworks; Partnering with senior operational stakeholders to influence business performance; and Leading and developing a geographically dispersed finance team.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy and transformation, offering significant visibility across the organisation.
We're looking for an experienced FP A leader who has operated in complex, multi-entity environments.
You'll bring: CA or CPA qualification; 10+ years' finance experience with at least five years in senior FP A,
commercial finance or management reporting; Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes; Experience preparing and presenting reporting to Executive and Board-level stakeholders; Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and commercial capability; Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for modernising finance functions; Strong leadership experience, including developing high-performing finance teams; and The ability to simplify complex financial information into clear commercial recommendations.
