Eligibility Criteria Applicants must meet one of the following: * Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with at least 12 months of recent ICU/critical care experience * Currently enrolled in the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) training program * International Medical Graduates eligible for the Competent Authority Pathway (UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or New Zealand) * IMGs with a CICM interview date * IMGs assessed by CICM and deemed substantially comparable This is a rare prospect to secure high-level ICU exposure, strong mentorship and genuine lifestyle balance in one of Victoria s most liveable regional centres.
