Our Retail Sales Assistant's role is to provide outstanding customer service and to assist customers with their pool spa requirements and to generate product service sales.
Other duties include assisting the Manager in the maintenance daily running of the retail store including merchandising stock management.
Our training program provides our Retail Assistants with the necessary skills to complete their key responsibilities including: Superior customer service Water testing and advice for chemical equipment solutions Stock control (ordering receiving) Maintain merchandising standards Demonstrating providing solutions for pool pumps, filters, chlorinators, cleaners, lights automation systems.
Ability to use, record update our CRM, process transactions on the POS other systems as required.
Store opening and cash handling.
For this role we are ideally looking for someone with previous industry experience,
