As a key point of contact for clients, you'll conduct consultations, understand their vision and budget, prepare quotations, and bring their ideas to life through exceptional floral styling.
Where you'll make an impact Design and create premium floral arrangements for weddings and events Conduct client consultations and develop customised floral concepts Prepare quotations based on client requirements and budgets Assist management with the supervision of the store and team Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation Support sales and deliver exceptional customer service Assist with stock ordering and inventory control Complete opening and end-of-day procedures Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace Assist with the training and development of new team members What we're looking for You are a talented and creative florist with a genuine passion for weddings and special events.
You combine artistic flair with exceptional attention to detail and enjoy working closely with clients to create floral designs that exceed their expectations.
