Job Details This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned Office Manager ready to take real ownership of a large, complex office environment.
You'll shape and lead operations across a well-established law firm in Sydney CBD, across multiple floors.

About the role You'll lead a team of 7, including office assistants, an archiving assistant, receptionist, catering assistant, part-time admin support, and floating staff, keeping a busy, high-profile office running seamlessly.
This is a varied role where your decisions and leadership will have real, visible impact.
You'll take ownership of Leading, mentoring and developing a team of 7, setting the tone for a high-performing, well-supported team; Managing office budgets in partnership with senior leadership; Acting as the key point of contact for building management, including occasional after-hours availability; Owning the new starter experience, from IT set-up to induction materials to desk allocation; Leading ISO audit readiness across the business, ensuring the office is always compliant and audit-ready; Overseeing secure offboarding processes, including access and pass management; and Navigating a broad range of compliance and operational responsibilities with confidence.
About you At least 3 years' experience in a similar senior Office Management role; Experience gained within a larger, multi-site or corporate environment; A confident,
mature leadership style, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations and make sound decisions independently; Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting; A hands-on approach, comfortable being across the detail as well as the big picture; and Legal or professional services experience is highly regarded, though not essential.
