Unisson Disability is recruiting a Casual Disability Support Worker for the Lane Cove Community Access HUB. The role focuses on 1:1 support in the community and during the day program, promoting independence, social participation and skill development for participants.
You will implement Behaviour Support Plans, support participants with behaviours of concern, and ensure secure transporting and documentation while collaborating with the wider support team.
