We're looking for a Full-time Receptionist to be the first face our patients and their families see, someone who can keep a busy front desk running smoothly while making every person who walks in feel genuinely looked after.
Job Description Responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients and their families with warmth and professionalism Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule Answering phone calls and assisting patients with enquiries Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Processing payments, managing patient records, and completing general administrative tasks Supporting the clinical team with administrative duties as required Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic reception role Experience using dental practice software such as Exact, Dental4Windows,
