The service brings Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology together within a cooperative, family-centred model.

About the Role: This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist position supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18, along with their families and key stakeholders.
Your role will include: Primarily clinic-based assessment and intervention A paediatric caseload spanning speech, language, literacy and communication needs Working with privately funded, NDIS, Medicare and private health clients Collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and clinical managers Family-centred goal setting and stakeholder communication Report writing and non-face-to-face clinical activities, which count towards billable expectations A transparent target of 5.1 billable hours per day, inclusive of face-to-face therapy, non-face-to-face work and report writing Telehealth or school, home and centre-based visits where clinically required Discipline-aligned clinical support is built into the service model, with structured supervision and regular Speech Pathology case discussions.
