THE ROLE We currently have two Store Manager opportunities across boutiques in Melbourne, including a brand-current store opening.
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of boutique performance, team leadership and customer experience, typically working Tuesday to Saturday.
This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role - you'll be leading from the front, building a strong team culture and directly driving the success of your boutique.
Day-to-Day Open and close the boutique, leading trade across the day Get hands-on in the fitting room, styling and building genuine client relationships Coach, motivate and develop your team to hit sales and service targets Track daily,
