Caddy Industrial Sales is Western Australia's leading supplier of electrical, fire, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing support systems.
Operating from our contemporary, purpose-built facility in Jandakot, our fabrication workshop manufactures high-quality fire sprinkler pipe systems for commercial construction and mining projects across Western Australia.
We're looking for an experienced 2nd Class Fabricator / Welder who enjoys producing quality work, working as part of a strong team, and wants secure, long-term employment with a growing business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, you'll become part of a well-organised production workshop where quality, safety and teamwork are central to everything we do.
This is a hands-on role involving fabrication and welding of fire sprinkler pipework in a structured manufacturing environment.
Working hours are
6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
, with overtime available when required.
What You'll Be Doing
Fabricating fire sprinkler pipework and associated products
MIG and ARC welding to required quality standards
Reading drawings and following production instructions
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work area
Working collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production schedules
Contributing to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

Willing to learn and continue developing their skills
Experience & Qualifications
Experience as a 2nd Class Welder / Fabricator
Competent in MIG (solid wire) and ARC welding
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a production environment
Highly regarded (but not essential):
Fabrication or Welding Trade Certificate
Forklift Licence
Overhead Crane Ticket
A practical weld test will form part of the interview process.
