Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a full-time Cook/Chef to manage kitchen operations at our 50-bed Vaucluse aged care home in NSW. You will prepare, cook and present nutritious meals and lead a team of Cooks and Kitchen Hands. You will work with Dietitians to tailor menus to residents' needs and budgets.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, solid food safety knowledge and a passion for mentoring staff. NDIS checks and working rights in Australia are expected.
