We are looking for Team members who demonstrate a high level of confidence, can handle working in a fast-paced workplace and are

with guest service!
Please Note....... this is a casual position on a rotating roster and may include working night shifts, (Till Midnight) Weekends and Public Holidays.
What we are looking for;
A passion for Tourism, Retail and Guest Service
Someone highly motivated and driven to achieve targets (sales and service)
Reliability and capacity to work well within a team as well as, independently




People who are energetic and proactive in their sales approach
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
Prior experience is great but absolutely not necessary!
The role;
Selling tickets to our experiences we offer
Guest interactions –answering guest questions/phone calls
Sharing knowledge of Ripley's and our products
Merchandising and working within a team to reach targets
Using Eftpos and POS systems plus the counting and collecting of cash sales
Operation of our attractions
Maintaining the cleanliness of our attractions
