LuxeWash Redbank Plains is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated person to join our team.
We're looking for someone with a positive, vibrant attitude, outstanding customer service skills and a genuine willingness to work, learn and get stuck in.

Willing to learn all aspects of the car wash operation
Reliable personal transport
Availability across weekdays and weekends is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented site
Learning the basic operation of car wash machinery and equipment
Learning to identify basic equipment faults or abnormalities
Carrying out basic maintenance tasks as trained and directed
Monitoring equipment and promptly reporting faults or maintenance requirements




Completing routine and scheduled site duties
Receiving, unpacking and putting away deliveries
Safely lifting and handling items weighing up to approximately 25 kg on occasion
Communication & Reporting
Clear communication with management is an important part of the role.
Staff are required to complete an end-of-shift report/check-in with the Manager, including any equipment faults, maintenance requirements, incidents, customer issues or outstanding tasks,
Issues requiring immediate attention must be reported promptly.
Experience
Previous car wash or mechanical experience is not essential — training will be provided.
What matters most is reliability, attitude, initiative, flexibility and willingness to learn.
