This hands-on leadership role will build and run Cursor's Sales Development organization across Asia Pacific, partnering with Growth, Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to generate pipeline and accelerate customer adoption.
You will hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Associates, drive pipeline goals, and implement scalable operating rhythms in a quick-growing company.
