Cà Phê Mai, a contemporary Vietnamese cafe by day and a casual wine bar by night, is hiring a Sous Chef to run the kitchen day to day alongside our Head Chef.
The role includes ordering, rostering, stock control, the kitchen roster and prep systems across day/night operations, food safety schedules, running the pass when the Head Chef isn't available, and developing the cooks under you while maintaining standards.
