About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult male patient population during day shift hours at an on-site transitional shelter facility in Current York, working two 10-hour shifts per week with Wednesday as a required workday and the second day scheduled flexibly. The expected caseload is approximately 10 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the evaluation and management of primary care conditions for this population.
