Role Overview
This is a
hands‐on, operational role for early‐career professionals (0–3 years of experience)
. You'll work
directly with the Head of BD
, managing CRM, pipeline hygiene, reporting, and process improvements—helping drive strategic initiatives while learning from a senior leader.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of BD in day‐to‐day sales and growth operations
Manage lead intake, qualification flows, pipeline hygiene, deal tracking, and reporting
Support growth experiments with tracking, attribution, and feedback loops
CRM & Systems Management
Be the CRM power user (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Configure pipelines, stages, automation, dashboards, and reports
Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies,
or process leaks
Integrate CRM with other tools and internal dashboards
Data & Reporting
Maintain high‐quality data with clear ownership
Produce actionable reports on funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales velocity
Provide the Head of BD with operational insights to inform strategy
Process Improvement & Scaling
Document, standardise, and improve sales and growth processes
Spot inefficiencies and propose smarter, faster, scalable solutions
Act as the operator who ensures strategy is executed effectively
What We're Looking For
Must‐Have
0–3 years of experience
in operations, sales support, or related roles
Strong attention to detail — you notice things others miss
Tech‐savvy and comfortable learning current tools quickly
Hands‐on experience using CRMs in a real operating environment
Logical, structured thinker with a bias toward execution
High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told something is broken
Nice‐to‐Have
Experience in startups, high‐growth teams, or sales/revenue operations
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, workflows, APIs)
Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic data analysis
Understanding of sales funnels, GTM motions, or B2B/B2C growth mechanics
Mindset & Culture Fit
