The Y NSW is seeking a People Solutions Advisor to be the engine room of the People & Culture team. You will manage employee lifecycle processes, support HR systems, maintain data accuracy, coordinate onboarding, and guide employees and leaders through People Solutions.
You will partner with Payroll and HR Systems to ensure changes are processed accurately and on time, while improving templates and self-service tools for staff. This role offers growth in a purpose-driven organization.
