We are looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Staff member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders at the counter
Process payments accurately using the POS system
Prepare and pack food orders for pickup/delivery
Answer phone calls and take phone orders
Keep the counter clean and tidy, and clean all trays
Handle customer questions and complaints politely
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Available to work weekends/evenings
Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
Must be reliable and punctual
