Role Description
We are seeking experienced Heavy Vehicle Plant Mechanics to perform repairs, maintenance and inspections on a range of airport ground equipment at Brisbane Airport.
This is a fast‐paced operational environment requiring a high level of technical skill, strong diagnostic capability and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork. The role offers a stable day shift roster and the opportunity to work autonomously while supporting critical airport operations.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a methodical approach to problem solving, excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
Essential Requirements




Required Role Experience:
Heavy Vehicle Plant Mechanic experience in a similar maintenance environment
Maintenance Qualification / Licence:
Mechanical Trade Qualification / Trade Certificate (essential)
Work Rights:
Full Australian working rights required
Skills:
Diagnostic fault finding, mechanical repairs, written and verbal communication, autonomous field work
Attitude:
Safety-focused, proactive, customer-oriented and able to work effectively in high‐performing teams
Highly Regarded:
Ground service equipment experience and a current Forklift Licence
