PRODUCTION OPERATORS / PROCESS WORKERS
Programmed are currently seeking reliable, motivated and safety-focused Production Operators / Process Workers to join our valued client's manufacturing team in Somersby, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long term career in manufacturing, with ongoing full time hours, structured training, and opportunities to secure permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and machinery
Perform process work and general labouring duties
Complete manual handling and repetitive production tasks
Conduct routine quality inspections and checks
Identify and report equipment faults and safety concerns
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
The ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters
A current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)

Roster
Rotating Day Shift (6:00am - 2:00pm) / Afternoon Shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm) roster OR
Night Shift (10:00pm - 6:00am) roster
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to:
Complete a pre-employment medical assessment
Pass drug and alcohol screening
