Snap Fitness is a 24‐hour global fitness brand, and we're now seeking a proactive, inspiring Club Manager to join our Bomaderry team. As one of the key faces of our club, you'll help bring our mission "We believe that exercise should be #ForTheFeeling". We believe exercise can boost your mood, which will overall improve your life. Moving more can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, boost self-esteem, and improve focus.
This role requires a minimum 2 years of fitness industry experience.

What You'll Do
Manage sales and membership activities, operations management, customer service,



and administrative tasks.
Generate leads and convert them into memberships
Support sales and marketing campaigns
Assist with Glofox membership management
Help run events, promotions, and member engagement activities
Keep the club looking amazing
Support retention initiatives and community outreach
What You Bring
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Confidence using social media for engagement
Ability to follow processes and manage time effectively
Certificate III/IV in Fitness (Cert III, required for inductions)
First Aid, CPR, and relevant checks
Mandatory Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Fitness (mandatory if conducting member inductions)
Current Senior First Aid and CPR
Valid police check and Working With Children Check
