The Opportunities
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, leading project teams and ensuring successful delivery across programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of commercial construction projects from design through to handover
Manage project programming, procurement, contracts and cost control
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders
Lead and mentor Project Engineers,



Contract Administrators and site teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and industry partners
About You
To be successful, you'll ideally bring:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
Demonstrated success delivering projects ranging from $5M to $150M+
Strong understanding of D&C;, ECI and construct-only delivery models
Sound commercial and contractual knowledge
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
