boutique accounting firm
seeking an
experienced Bookkeeper
to join our friendly and professional team
two days per week
. This is a great opportunity for a motivated bookkeeper who enjoys working closely with clients and being part of a supportive practice environment.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across multiple industries.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients while supporting our accountants with accurate and timely financial records.
Key responsibilities include:
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable processing
Payroll processing and superannuation payments
Preparation of
BAS and IAS
Maintaining client bookkeeping files and records
Liaising with clients to resolve queries
Assisting accountants with year-end preparation
About You




To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum 3+ years bookkeeping experience
Experience working within an
accounting firm or public practice (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of
Xero and/or MYOB
Experience preparing
BAS/IAS
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
