What You'll Do
Join the core software team building the simulation to real world reinforcement learning and behavioral cloning pipelines that power this company's industrial robots, deployed physically in Adelaide and Brisbane, not just in simulation.
What You'll Bring
Strong, current knowledge of reinforcement learning and behavioral cloning pipelines (essential)
Computer vision experience is a plus, not required
Fluent in Python and C++; comfortable with ROS; experience with PyTorch/CUDA
A broad, well rounded skill set with real depth in your core area
MSc or PhD in ML, robotics, SLAM, or computer vision, or equivalent demonstrated ability via open source contributions, publications, or awards
Connections to CSIRO, QUT, University of Adelaide, or similar research institutions are a plus
Ambition and grit; they want people who are commercially minded, applied, and willing to cut corners pragmatically to ship
