The Boathouse Tavern is seeking an energetic Assistant Venue Manager to join our management team on the Gold Coast. This permanent full time role reports to the Venue Manager and focuses on leading team culture, guest experience and compliant operation of the hotel.
You will bring at least 2 years in hospitality management, current RSA, RSG, RMLV certificates and Approved Managers licence, and a hands-on approach to coaching staff to deliver exceptional service.
