Hot Mess Deli on the Gold Coast (Varsity Lakes) is seeking 3–4 highly experienced baristas and wait staff to join our new cafe, opening this August. You will dial in machines and grinders daily, create batch brew and cold brew from our recipes, and confidently pour silky latte art.
