As our Bridal Shop Assistants, you ll be the heart of our boutique. Youll guide brides through one of the most exciting moments of their lives, from the first fitting to the final adjustments. Your role will blend exceptional customer service with creative flair helping brides find their perfect gown, capturing magical moments for our social media, and ensuring every detail is measured to perfection.
Manage appointment schedules and maintain a beautifully presented showroom. Capture and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, showcasing recent arrivals, behind-the-scenes moments, and real bride stories. Respond to online enquiries and messages with prompt, friendly, and informative communication.
Assist with merchandising, unpacking new stock, and keeping displays fresh and inspiring.
