About The Position
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team, our medical Clinic is located at Bond University, Queensland.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing a warm and welcoming first point of contact for patients, both in-person and over the phone
Scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling medical billing and administration tasks
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including customer service
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive patient information
Supporting the medical team by coordinating patient flow and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience
Requirements
About the Person
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in using medical practice management software Best Practice,
electronic medical records, and other relevant technology
A compassionate and empathetic approach when interacting with patients
A team player attitude and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the medical practice

Salary details
The hourly rate for this casual role is $***** (includes 25% casual Loading) plus 12% superannuation.
