Kawungan Quality Meats is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Butchery Manager to lead our team.

Can confidently lead, motivate and develop a team.
Has a strong understanding of all aspects of retail butchery.
Understands product costing, gross profit and product development.
Is committed to following HR policies and Safe Food procedures.
Leads by example with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Is organised, reliable and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
