We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our mobile phone repair and accessories store in Sunnybank, Brisbane. This role combines hands‐on technical repair work with retail sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Repair mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices (iPhone, Samsung, iPad, etc.)
Screen replacements, battery replacements, and general troubleshooting
Provide excellent customer service in-store
Assist customers with product selection and accessory sales
Handle daily store operations and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Work as part of a small, friendly team
Requirements
Previous experience in mobile phone repair is preferred but not essential (training can be provided)
Positive communication and customer service skills
Sales experience is an advantage




Willingness to learn and improve technical skills
Responsible, punctual, and team‐oriented
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is required
