What you'll be doing:
Responding to inbound enquiries viaphone, email, and live chat
Guiding prospective customers throughonboarding, product information, and FAQs
Assisting existing clients withdocumentation,



tax statement queries, and troubleshooting
Using available tools, templates, and resources to deliver genuine, first-classcustomer support
Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure a smoothcustomer journey
Providing generaladmin supportto wider business operations
About you:
1+ year of experience in aclient serviceorphone-based role
Experience in a regulated orfinancial services/FinTechenvironment is preferred
Strong communication skills, empathy, and acustomer-first mindset
Take satisfaction insolving problemsand building trusted relationships with clients
Thrive in acollaborative environmentand enjoy being part of a growing team
