We're partnering with a global organisation undergoing a major identity transformation and are looking for a
Senior IAM Engineer
to help modernise one of Australia's largest enterprise authentication environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep
Active Directory
expertise and strong
Microsoft Entra ID
experience who enjoys solving complex identity challenges and influencing technical direction.
What you'll do
Lead the modernisation of enterprise Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
Drive the migration away from legacy authentication protocols to modern identity standards.
Design and implement secure authentication solutions across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Build and optimise Conditional Access policies, MFA and contemporary authentication services.
Automate identity processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver enterprise identity solutions.
What you'll bring
Extensive Active Directory experience,



ideally with architecture or design expertise.
Strong hands‐on Microsoft Entra ID experience within large enterprise environments.
Experience delivering identity transformation or Active Directory modernisation projects.
Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Conditional Access and MFA.
PowerShell scripting and identity automation experience.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
