Our firm caters to a multicultural base, specialising in providing legal services for the Chinese community.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this full-time role, you will:
Manage a diverse range of commercial transactions and corporate advisory matters in a client-facing role.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while delivering practical legal advice to clients.
Assist in client relationship management, driving business growth and building long-term relationships.
Build strong rapport with existing and prospective clients, taking an active role in networking, business development,



and securing new clients.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Admitted lawyer with a minimum 2 years post-admission experience in commercial law.
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively advise and communicate with our client base.
Excellent interpersonal communication, networking and business development skills.
Ability to work efficiently and run matters independently.
