Lifeline Direct is seeking a Crisis Support Workplace Trainer to maintain best practice in crisis support across our volunteers and staff. You will deliver the CSWT, mentor Crisis Supporters, and develop career development sessions to continually lift skills and safety.
You will uphold Lifeline Australia trainer standards and work collaboratively with Centre teams to sustain high-quality crisis response.
