Best & Less is seeking a Volume Retail Recruiter to join the Talent & Culture team in Rhodes. You will lead high-volume recruitment across multiple store locations, partnering with Retail leaders to deliver a smooth candidate experience during peak periods.
You will own end-to-end recruitment from briefing to onboarding, screening many applicants efficiently while prioritising quality and cultural fit. A solid focus on stakeholder management and ATS proficiency will be essential.
