Job Responsibilities
Lead and embed culture that builds a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors within the store.
Enable and develop the team to be customer first, people focused and results driven.
Embed customer excellence while growing store results through explicit direction and operational excellence.
Bring commercial insight to the store, spot trade opportunities and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
